Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intermediate Care role in a community-based hospital setting. Responsibilities Include
- Providing direct patient care with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural factors.
- Participating in activities that uphold patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active RN license required; no prior experience necessary, though less than two years of experience is preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Critical nursing skills, sound judgment, and alertness for safety-sensitive work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
