About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) position. Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and documenting personalized care plans within established timeframes
- Performing comprehensive patient interventions with proficiency and age-specific competency
- Verifying order accuracy, medication reconciliation, test scheduling, pre-op data, and consent forms
- Adhering to medication and IV therapy policies, including patient identification, medication administration, and adverse reaction monitoring
- Interpreting diagnostic data and notifying physicians of critical lab results when necessary
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Performing related duties as required
Qualifications Include
- Associate’s degree in Nursing
- Valid Multi-State RN License; must obtain if licensed in a non-compact state
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification (within 7 days of hire)
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications required within orientation for ICU roles
- Preferred: One year telemetry experience and CCRN certification
Additional Details Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility, with a focus on professional growth, standards of practice, and collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care.
