About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health role focused on patient-centered care in a community setting.
- Responsibilities include: evaluating patient status, developing and implementing care plans, providing direct treatment and education, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and making referrals for community resources.
- Qualifications: active Maine RN license or ability to obtain, at least 1 year of acute or med/surg nursing experience, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
