Role:
The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
- Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
- Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care while promoting teamwork and respectful environment.
- Supporting performance improvement, research, and professional development activities.
- Participating in protocol development, resource management, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or compact multi-state).
- Certification in BLS required upon hire.
- Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory requirements.
