Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based practices and professional standards.
- Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, partnering with patients and families, and practicing culturally sensitive care.
- Collaborates with healthcare team members through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
- Supports professional development by mentoring, maintaining competencies, and promoting evidence-based practice and research.
- Develops protocols, ensures compliance with policies, and optimizes resource use to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN licensure (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation is preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards are essential.
