Overview
We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work FULL TIME. Shifts are 12-hours and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!
- New hourly rates between $40 - $47 per hour based on experience
- $5 per hour night shift differential and $10 weekend night shift diff (Sat and Sun)

Responsibilities
The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:
- Plan, direct, evaluate and document all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
- Assess the needs of patients and initiate, implement and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Certification: Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.
Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is great, too!
