About the role
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Maternal - Newborn specialty, supporting patients across multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, support multidisciplinary teams, prioritize wellness and evidence-based practices, precept new staff, and contribute to patient safety and quality care. Work involves caring for women and infants in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, guided by established standards including AWHONN and AACN protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship, and certifications in NRP and BLS. Ability to work night shifts in a full-time, onsite role. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to ongoing learning are essential.
