About the role
Role: The RN Educator develops and executes staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient outcomes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Collaborate with staff and external organizations to create and evaluate training and continuing education programs.
- Participate in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans.
- Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years with a Master's degree.
- Current RN license and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
- Experience in telemetry, cardiology, or critical care is advantageous.
