Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Educator in Nursing Education department.
Responsibilities: Facilitate clinical development through orientation, training, staff development, and competency validation; design, implement, and evaluate learning programs based on nursing theory, standards, and pedagogy; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve safety, patient, and staff satisfaction; promote professional growth and ensure standards of care.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s in Nursing Education or related field preferred; minimum five years of bedside clinical experience in acute care; current Florida RN licensure; BLS certification; additional certifications like ACLS, TNCC, ENPC preferred; strong commitment to lifelong learning; basic computer skills.
Skills: Clinical expertise, teaching ability, collaboration, safety focus, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
