About the Dalby Unit
The Dalby Unit offers a fast-paced clinical environment where nurses play a critical role in daily patient care, emergency response, chronic disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Nurses are empowered to use their assessment and critical-thinking skills while contributing to positive patient outcomes.
RN Charge Nurse
The RN Charge Nurse serves as a key member of the healthcare team, providing clinical leadership and supporting safe, compassionate, and competent patient care. The RN Charge Nurse serves as the second in command to the Nurse Manager, helping ensure nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care are consistently followed.

Registered Nurse
Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care as essential members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. RNs utilize their clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills to provide quality care, respond to emergencies, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Schedule & Benefits
Both opportunities offer a 4-on, 4-off schedule, giving nurses extended time away from work to refresh, recharge, and enjoy more of what matters to them.
Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential.
- Night Differential: +$4/hr on weekday nights
- Weekend Differential: +$4/hr on weekend days
- Weekend Night Differential: +$8/hr on weekend nights
