Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a vital part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity.
  • Collaborate with patients and families through effective communication and education.
  • Ensure safe, quality care documentation and promote teamwork through interdisciplinary communication.
  • Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Support professional development by mentoring and maintaining competencies.
  • Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care outcomes.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS).
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology effectively.
