We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
What You’ll Do The Best Fit Program is innovatively designed to provide newly licensed Registered Nurses in-depth realistic job experiences on three different specialty units at St. Luke's Medical Center.
- Applicants will work in a cohort for collaboration and support throughout the program.
- The program participation starts and progresses over three months of orientation to the RN role.
- In collaboration with the BFO Program Manager, three specialty units will be selected for the unit rotations.
- Through a Realistic Job Preview of each unit's culture, the candidate will determine and choose which unit best fits their career goal for longevity.
Currently accepting candidates who will be graduating in Fall of 2026, requires RN licensure for Feb.1, 2027 cohort start. Apply soon for this next cohort!
