About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Behavioral Health to provide direct patient care in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, planning, and implementing personalized care for patients per shift and at the unit level.
- Supervising staff and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care.
- Coordinating patient care within medical protocols, adhering to safety, risk management, and infection control standards.
- Supporting hospital emergency protocols and fulfilling hospital incident command system duties during emergencies.
- Ensuring competency of clinical staff and optimal resource management to maintain high care standards.
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current nursing license and CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
