Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Nursing; valid RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; ability to collaborate effectively; commitment to ongoing professional development; and strong communication skills.
Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, communicate with care team and families, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and promote patient and staff satisfaction.
