Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care planning and ensuring safe, effective care.
- Prioritize patient flow and experience, delivering care according to policies and procedures.
- Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, engaging in ongoing development.
- Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
- Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, supporting shared governance and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
