Role:
Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and providers.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
- Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and document assessments and interventions.
- Advocate for patients, addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure; multi-state license or single-state RN license required.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required at hire.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
