Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, prioritize patient flow, document assessments and care activities, and advocate for patient needs. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Performance Improvement & Professional Growth: Contribute to quality initiatives, support process improvements, maintain licenses and certifications, pursue ongoing education, and participate in professional organizations. Foster leadership by mentoring colleagues and supporting a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to collaborate, communicate, and adhere to safety and confidentiality standards
- Commitment to professional development and quality care
