Registered Nurse (RN) - Page Rehabilitation Full Time Position, 12 hour Shift 6AM-6PM Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Page Rehabilitation, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in Fort Myers, Florida. As a Registered Nurse at Page Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing a comforting and supportive environment for our residents.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by physicians
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident condition, identify changes, and develop strategies for improvement
- Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
