Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions
- Administer medications and renal treatments
- Monitor complex patient conditions and respond to changes
- Educate patients and families on disease management
- Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate documentation in EMR
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Knowledge of renal disease management and treatments
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
