Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning, evaluating, and documenting care. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with team members to meet unit goals. Ensure compliance with state nursing practice acts and hospital policies.
Qualifications: Requires 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting, current Illinois RN licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's within five years if applicable.
