About the role
Join our fast-paced 32-bed post-operative unit caring for orthopedic patients, including trauma, joint replacements, and spine cases. Our team is collaborative, comprising RNs, LNAs, therapists, case managers, and medical staff, working together to deliver high-quality care in modern rooms with scenic views and advanced equipment. Nurses are encouraged to pursue orthopedic certifications and advance through our Clinical Advancement and Recognition Program (CARP).
Requirements include current RN licensure recognized by Vermont, ADN with BSN preferred, and relevant clinical experience. No on-call duties required.
