Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based orthopedic and post-surgical care, conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and pain, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, educate patients and families on recovery and mobility, document in EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
