About the role
We are seeking a dedicated RN to provide specialized care in the NICU, working full-time night shifts. Responsibilities Include
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to neonatal patients
- Applying clinical expertise to monitor and support fragile infants
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Utilizing advanced neonatal nursing skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California RN license upon hire
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
- ACLS and NRP certifications within 90 days of hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
