About the role
Role: Per diem Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns.
- Perform assessments, manage ventilators and IV infusions, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to develop individualized care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure with relevant experience in neonatal or critical care settings.
- Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-family-centered care.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality neonatal care, ensure safety and comfort of newborns, and support collaborative team efforts in a technologically advanced setting.
