Role: Registered Nurse in Neuro IMCU Stepdown Unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families, and support performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, promote research and evidence-based practices, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
Qualifications: Valid RN license (multi-state or single-state), BLS and ACLS certifications, and graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Less than one year of clinical experience required; strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills are essential. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies with professionalism is crucial.
