Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, following established nursing standards and models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”
Responsibilities: Performing procedures, documenting care, educating patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes, and managing evidence-based practices to improve care quality. The RN develops individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and advocates for patients, ensuring holistic and compassionate care.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license, a Bachelor's or Associate Degree, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications obtained within 30 days of employment, and at least one year of clinical experience.
Key Duties: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor patient conditions, teach self-management strategies, and uphold quality standards to enhance patient outcomes.
