Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited nursing program (associate’s, diploma, or BSN). Must hold and maintain a current RN license in the state or compact licensure. Certifications include BLS, with additional unit-specific certifications as required.
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
