About the role
The role is for a Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse responsible for providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
Key duties include assessing patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications include a current NV nursing license , BLS certification , and ACLS certification (within six months). Preferred experience is one year in acute care or three years part-time .
Skills required are clinical expertise, leadership, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach.
