Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure standards of practice are maintained. The nurse coordinates patient care activities among staff to deliver quality nursing services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, and advanced specialty certification
