The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge compassionately and efficiently.
Working under general supervision , the role involves coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams .
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care
- Developing individualized nursing care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status
- Administering medications and treatments effectively
- Ensuring medical records are accurate and compliant
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed
- Working collaboratively with care teams for optimal planning
- Performing additional assigned duties
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
