Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred
- New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
- Current Georgia RN license and BCLS certification
- Additional specialty certifications required based on unit, such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy/Biotherapy, with specific certifications needed within set timeframes
Key Duties Include
- Providing patient-centered care from birth through adulthood
- Implementing care plans and evaluating patient progress
- Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols
- Obtaining and maintaining necessary specialty certifications
