Role:
Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
- Deliver safe, effective care according to policies and document all patient interactions and care activities.
- Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Support professional development, maintain licenses and certifications, and engage in mentorship and leadership.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent) required.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and quality improvement.
Additional Duties:
Support organizational policies, participate in training, and perform assigned tasks to foster a patient-centered care environment.
