Role: Registered Nurse Trauma Spine
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing medical procedures, administering medications, monitoring responses, and documenting care. Respond promptly to patient needs, provide education to patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and act as an advocate to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare providers and the care team to maintain safety and excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license, Bachelor's Degree, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Strong communication skills, compassionate patient care, and teamwork orientation are essential.
Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, administer prescribed treatments, monitor patient responses, educate patients and families, and ensure thorough documentation. Maintain adherence to clinical standards and organizational values to promote exceptional care and safety.
