Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse Med Surg Ortho Trauma, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical teams to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, monitoring responses, and documenting care accurately. You will respond to patient needs promptly, educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments, and advocate for their well-being.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree, RN licensure, and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
Key Duties
- Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
- Perform medical procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
- Respond proactively to patient requests and needs.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatments.
