Position Summary/ Department Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities
- Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
- Working either 36 or 40 hours per week, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
Education Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
- Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications:
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
*$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years*
- This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees*

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
