About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Post-partum, and Nursery (LDRPN) to provide compassionate, holistic care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
The LDRPN Nurse will assess patient and family needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring safe, evidence-based care with strong clinical judgment.
You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to foster a family-centered experience , upholding standards of professionalism and accountability.
The role offers specialized care tracks, including OB (laboring, antepartum, postpartum, cesarean responsibilities) and Pediatric (neonatal, postpartum, pediatric patients), with certification requirements such as NRP, ACLS, STABLE, PALS within specified timeframes.
Qualifications include 1–2 years of OB RN experience , a current Montana RN license , BLS certification , and additional fetal and pediatric monitoring certifications.
