About the role
Empowering Families from the Very Beginning
Sometimes the smallest moments make the biggest difference.
As a Lactation Consultant RN, you'll provide expert guidance, education, and encouragement to new mothers as they begin their feeding journey. From bedside support during the hospital stay to follow-up care after discharge, you'll play a vital role in helping families build confidence during one of the most important transitions of their lives.
This unique role extends beyond direct patient care. You'll serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, nurses, physicians, and the community while promoting evidence-based practices that support maternal and newborn health. Every day offers the opportunity to educate, advocate, problem-solve, and create meaningful connections that can have a lasting impact on both mother and baby.
What makes this role special is the opportunity to blend clinical expertise with education, coaching, and relationship-building—helping families feel supported long after they leave the hospital.
If you're passionate about empowering mothers, supporting newborns, and making a difference during life's earliest moments, this is more than a job—it's a calling.
