Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care effectively.
- Implement and monitor individualized care plans.
- Document and communicate patient status accurately.
- Carry out physician and nursing directives.
- Assess discharge needs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills
- RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a recognized multi-state license.
- Required certifications include BLS, Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation, with timely completion post-hire.
- Previous RN experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred.
