The Labor and Delivery team at Rochester General Hospital supports approximately 1,500 to 1,700 deliveries each year, providing comprehensive care throughout the childbirth journey, including labor and delivery, management of high-risk pregnancies, and postpartum recovery. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care for both mothers and newborns, offering routine and specialized newborn services, as well as stabilization and support for high-risk infants until transfer to a NICU when needed.
