About the role
Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities: Upholds patient rights, maintains confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards. Handles diverse patient cases including post-op, neurosurgical, trauma, and renal units with a 2-1:1 ratio.
Qualifications: Requires a nursing degree (associate's, diploma, or BSN), a current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or others may be required based on the department.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, and kneeling.
