The
Registered Nurse (RN)
provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Working under
general supervision, the role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status
- Preparing and administering medications and treatments
- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring patient response and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members for effective care planning
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- Associates degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with preference for clinical specialty expertise
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
