Role: Registered Nurse Neuro Trauma ICU
Responsibilities: Provide high-acuity, compassionate care to critically ill neuro and trauma patients.
Perform continuous neurological and hemodynamic assessments, manage ventilators and complex drips, and respond swiftly to patient status changes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families through critical illness.
Accurately document care in the electronic health record (EHR).
Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing, including neurological and hemodynamic monitoring. Ability to manage ventilators and complex infusions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
Key Duties: Deliver expert critical care, support patient recovery, and document all care activities. Engage in ongoing professional development within a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages growth in critical care nursing.
