About the role
Role: The IPU Registered Nurse provides full nursing care for hospice patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized Plans of Care.
Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations within 48 hours of referral, assess and reassess patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, develop and coordinate care plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain high-quality care regardless of patient background.
Qualifications: Current unrestricted RN license, valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills: CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and at least one year of clinical experience.
Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $37.00 to $49.00, with benefits including comprehensive packages, incentives, recognition programs, stock purchase options, and a 401(k).
Work Environment: Night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am in a supportive culture focused on caring, connecting, and growth.
