Position Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Works in a dynamic GI Lab environment, collaborating closely with physicians during endoscopy procedures.
- Provides exceptional patient care throughout the procedural process.
- Participates in rotating weekend and holiday call schedules, residing within 30 miles of the facility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Valid RN licensure in the state or compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
