Registered Nurse - Full Time Days

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Nurses will develop individualized care plans, evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and communicate effectively across the care continuum.

Responsibilities:

• Promote healing environments and educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management.
• Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and professional development.
• Create and document personalized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Assess patient needs, preferences, and barriers, respecting cultural and emotional considerations.
• Maintain safety as a core priority in all activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
• Experience is not required; however, two years of experience is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
