Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, or others may be required based on the unit.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and kneeling.
