Key Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic and administrative nursing duties to support patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Adapt to different clinical units as per Float Pool agreements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Active RN license in applicable state(s) or compact license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, TNCC, and PALS within specified timeframes.
- Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience in ICU, ER, or PACU.
