Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care according to established protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as ordered
- Initiate and assist with emergency procedures as needed
- Document accurately and maintain thorough, up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
- Communicate effectively with patients and families and offer emotional support
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
