About the role
Role: Emergency RN in a float team providing care across multiple facilities, delivering urgent, patient-centered care in fast-paced ED settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, administer treatments, and evaluate patients effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond promptly to critical situations and codes.
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Skills: Critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, ability to work under pressure.
