About the role
Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
Location: Plainfield
Hours: Evening shift (3:00pm-3:00am), with every third weekend and rotating holidays
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as a team member to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing (or obtain within five years if holding an associate degree). Current Illinois RN licensure. Certifications in CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (all required within three months of start).
